I've read over 1,000 books in my life, but my favorite book of all time has been the same since 3rd grade: Jonathan Livingston Seagull

Page for page, the book packs more wisdom than any other I’ve read. And I know what you’re thinking…. “Isn’t that the book we had to read in elementary school?”

Yes, yes it is.

In fact, the book in this photo is the one I “forgot” to give back to my third grade classroom. I now read it every year. And since the book has sold over 50 million copies, I’m not the only one.

If you’ve never read it or don’t remember reading it, I highly recommend you buy it. It’s great for you. And great for your kids.

Here’s the workout. It’s a new Flex Factory Special:

Pick a weight that is 40-50% of your max. This is more of a HIIT workout than anything.

It’s 5 rounds of 10 reps for each of the following.

10 slam balls

10 hex bar deadlifts

10 landmines each shoulder

Rest 30 seconds

REPEAT 5 TIMES

I wrote a short story this week about a trip I took visiting my grandparents in Florida when I was a teenager. Nearly 500k people have seen it.

Here’s the intro:

It's the summer of '92 and I'm visiting my grandparents solo in Florida.

I'm 14.

The main activities were the dog track, dinner at 5pm & movies with my grandfather.

He wasn't into movies so he'd see whatever I wanted.

I hatched a devious plan.
