These workouts don’t require any equipment other than some basic things you have around the house. This week we’re tackling 5 workouts built from Arnold’s greatest hits: Terminator 2, Conan the Barbarian, Predator, Commando and Total Recall. Each workout includes some of my favorite quotes, some thoughts on the movies and how they connect to the workout and, of course, a workout. The workouts should last anywhere between 30 and 50 minutes. Depending on your fitness level, you can increase or decrease the rep ranges. Don’t forget a nice 10-minute warm-up jog or jump rope to get you loose before you start. And remember… We’re all in lockdown together… It’s up to you how you want to emerge from this mess.
