Welcome to “King Kong Ain’t Got Nothin’ On Me” Workout Week 2020 5 Free Home Workouts Inspired By Denzel Washington’s Most Kick Ass Movies The goal of these workouts is to get us jacked, make us more jacked, or to maintain overall jacked-ness as we’re hunkered down with our gyms closed and our favorite workout classes/facilities shut down. These workouts don’t require any equipment other than some basic things you have around the house. This week we’re tackling 5 workouts built from Denzel’s greatest hits: Training Day, Man on Fire, Remember the Titans, The Hurricane, He Got Game Each workout includes some of my favorite quotes, some thoughts on the movies and how they connect to the workout and, of course, a workout. The workouts should last anywhere between 30 and 50 minutes. Depending on your fitness level, you can increase or decrease the rep ranges. Don’t forget a nice 10-minute warm-up jog or jump rope to get you loose before you start.
